UK & Ireland Machinery & Equipment shipping rates and lead times
ChocoVision Machinery – Free next day delivery – order before 11.30am
Spectra Machinery – Free next day delivery – order before 11.30am
Carpigiani Machinery – Free delivery and installation – average lead time 1-2 weeks.
ChocoMa Machinery – Delivery cost to be quoted – average lead time 4-6 weeks.
Chocolate World Machinery – Delivery cost to be quoted – average lead time 2-3 weeks.
Coreco Display Cabinets – Free delivery and installation – average lead time 4 weeks.
Dedy Machinery – Delivery cost to be quoted – average lead time 4-6 weeks.
Everlasting Chocolate Refrigeration – Free delivery and installation – average lead time 1-2 weeks.
FBM Machinery – Delivery cost to be quoted – average lead time 3 weeks.

International Shipping Information
ChocoVision & Spectra Machinery – Europe
We can ship ChocoVision & Spectra machines to customers in Europe, however we need to explain that if the machine needs to be returned for any work be it under warranty or other, the cost of the shipping is down to the customer as the warranty only covers parts.
Vantage House only export machines with UK and European voltage (220V 50Hz).
We can supply spare parts by post/courier when possible.
We accept payment by bank transfer only and there is a £7.00 international bank payment charge.
The machines are supplied with a UK plug, however if you need us to fit an EU Schuko plug, we can do this for a charge of £10.00 per machine.
You will not be charged VAT by us, but you will have to pay any applicable import duties/fees/local taxes when the machine arrives into your country.
For customs clearance purposes, we will require your PID tax number, or Business EORI/VAT number to be able to ship to you.
Delivery cost to be quoted, delivery time approx. 3-5 days.

ChocoVision & Spectra Machinery – Rest of the World
We can sell ChocoVision & Spectra machines to customers outside of Europe, however we need to explain that if the machine needs to be returned for any work be it under warranty or other, the cost of the shipping is down to the customer as the warranty only covers parts.
Vantage House only export machines with UK and European voltage (220V 50Hz), with a Type-G plug fitted.
We do not ship to customers outside of the UK & Europe but customers outside of this area can arrange a collection from our office with their own couriers.

UK Mainland - Moulds shipping rates and times
Mainland UK – £27.00 + VAT flat fee per shipment (up to approx. 50 moulds).
Non-Mainland UK – To be quoted.
Ireland – £27.00 flat fee per shipment (up to approx. 50 moulds).
We cannot sell Hans Brunner moulds outside the UK & Ireland.
Mainland UK – £35.00 + VAT flat fee per shipment (up to approx. 20 moulds).
Non-Mainland UK – To be quoted.
Ireland – £35.00 flat fee per shipment (up to approx. 20 moulds).
